Emaar Global Refund Policy
Emaar Global operates as a service-oriented consultancy and is entitled to compensation for the expertise, time, and support provided. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all fees earned  within the scope of our services are non-refundable.
– All fees are to be paid in advance, unless alternative arrangements, such as approved post-dated payments or guarantees covering the full amount, are agreed upon.
– All charges, including consultancy fees and disbursements, are non-refundable and non-transferable once processed.
– Emaar Global reserves the right to pause services if any outstanding payments remain due from the customer.
– We may decline refund requests, including those related to governmental authority fees, cases where required documentation or information is incomplete, or situations where license issuance or renewal by regulatory bodies is not granted.
– Management consultancy fees are treated as advance payments, earned against the consultant’s time and expertise. Refunds may only apply if the agreement is terminated for cause, subject to review.
– Fees paid to third parties, such as government authorities, vendors, legal representatives, or other disbursements on your behalf, fall outside Emaar Global’s control. Any refunds for these are governed by the respective third-party policies and are independent of our obligations.
